1. How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–5 business days from the date your order ships. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.

Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom due to shipping restrictions.

Shipping is a flat rate of £3.99 per order, which includes tracking and insurance.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may have already processed your order.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates typically activate within 24 hours.
6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original packaging. Please contact us to start a return and obtain a Return Authorization (RA).
7. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8. How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
9. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement and cover return shipping.
